Contractor

During the years when Dale was growing up, he often went to job sites with his father, a general contractor, and helped his father. He’d mix mortar, help nail up framing, etc., not realizing at the time that he was learning a construction trade. During summer breaks from his college studies, he worked with his father and brother building custom homes.  A few years later, Dale, his father and his brother formed a construction company, Delta Enterprises, Inc., and began developing vacant land, sub-dividing it into home sites and building custom homes. After several years, their careers took them in separate directions.

The three began building again in 1977, specializing in commercial construction, and built several commercial buildings in the Albuquerque, NM, El Paso, TX, and Farmington, NM. They became well known in the three states region of New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado as consultants and church builders .

Dale began contracting independently after passing the contractor’s license tests in New Mexico in 1988 and in California in 1991. Below are photos of some construction projects that he built:
