In 1989, Dale qualified to receive a general contractors license in New Mexico. He passed the state contractors license exam and was granted GB98 New Mexico State Contractors License.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Two years later he applied and qualified for a class B General Contractors License in the state of California after passing the California State Contractors License Exam. The class B license allows contracting for all forms of general construction except highway construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
